The bible tells us that Daniel fasted in 2 different occasions: In Daniel 1 the Prophet ate only vegetables (that would have included fruits) and drank only water. Then in Daniel 10 we read that the Prophet ate no meat nor any precious breads or foods and he drank no wine for 21 days.

From these scriptures, we learn the general fast includes:

  • All fruits and vegetables
  • All legumes
  • Whole grains
  • Nuts and seeds
  • Tofu
  • Herbs and spices
  • Yam, beans…

 

Foods to avoid are:

  • All meats, fish, and animal products
  • All dairy products
  • All deep fried foods
  • All solid fats
  • Wine
  • All sweeteners
  • All leavened bread.
  • Anything with unnatural preservatives
  • No white rice

  1. THERE WILL BE DAILY POSTING OF PRAYERS AND BIBLE READINGS
  2. WRITE YOUR INTENTIONS AND PLACE IT ON YOUR ALTAR.
  3. PRAY YOUR ROSARY PREFERABLY 20 DECADES ( DO YOUR BEST ).
  4. GO TO CONFESSION
  5. GO TO DAILY MASS IF YOUR SCHEDULE PERMITS AND RECEIVE COMMUNION
  6. ADD FASTING IF YOUR HEALTH PERMITS.
  7. PRAY WITH FAITH AND SURRENDER TO GOD THROUGH OUR MOTHER TO HELP YOU PRODUCE GREAT RIPE FRUITS.
