Pour forth, we beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy grace into our hearts, that we,
to whom the Incarnation of Christ, Thy Son, was made known by the
message of an angel, may, by His Passion and Cross, be brought to the

O Immaculate Heart of Mary,
Be our Armor of Hope and Protection
Our Lady of Mary’s Armor, the Unifier, Hope, and Protection, it is
truly my heart’s desire for you O loving Blessed Mother, to draw my
soul to unit with the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ through your
Immaculate Heart for conversion of souls.
Mother, obtain for us the Grace that we need to fight and overcome the
false hopes that the enemy instilled in us that lead us into life
destruction O Mary’s Armor of Hope. Give us hope for eternal life.
Mother, shadow us with your virginal mantle, the ultimate protection
that we need to conquer every sin and our protection from the evil one
and it’s agents. We asked this prayer through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Despise not our petitions in our necessities,

So the bible tells us that Daniel fasted in 2 different occasions: In
Daniel 1 the Prophet ate only vegetables (that would have included
fruits) and drank only water. Then in Daniel 10 we read that the Prophet
ate no meat nor any precious breads or foods and he drank no wine for 21
days.
So from these scriptures, the general fast includes:
- All fruits and vegetables
- All legumes
- Whole grains
- Nuts and seeds
- Tofu
- Herbs and spices
- Yam, beans,
Foods to avoid are:
- All meats, fish, and animal products
- All dairy products
- All deep fried foods
- All solid fats.
- Wine
- All sweeteners
- All leavened bread.
- Anything with unnatural preservatives
- No white rice
INSTRUCTIONS:
- THERE WILL BE DAILY POSTING OF PRAYERS AND BIBLE READINGS
- WRITE YOUR INTENTIONS AND PLACE IT ON YOUR ALTAR.
- PRAY YOUR ROSARY PREFERABLY 20 DECADES ( DO YOUR BEST ).
- GO TO CONFESSION
- GO TO DAILY MASS IF YOUR SCHEDULE PERMITS AND RECEIVE COMMUNION
- ADD FASTING IF YOUR HEALTH PERMITS.
- PRAY WITH FAITH AND SURRENDER TO GOD THROUGH OUR MOTHER TO HELP YOU PRODUCE GREAT RIPE FRUITS.
- ADD MARY’S ARMOR’S MISSION IN YOUR INTENTIONS.
- MAY OUR LADY OF MARY’S ARMOR INTERCEDE FOR ALL US AS WE START THISSPIRITUAL EXERCISE TO STRENGTHEN OUR FAITH THROUGH CHRIST OUR LORD. AMEN ????.
